WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Smart casual is requested at all Tastour events, including the walking tours, unless a more formal dress code is clearly stated.  Just coming from work? Arrive just as you are, but for the men, please remove your tie. For the walking tours, as much as we’d like to see your Jimmy Choos, no stilettos, please wear comfortable footwear.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR AN EVENT?

For guided tasting events, our rule of thumb is to allow 15 minutes to settle in before we begin the formal part of the evening, although each event will vary. We will endeavour to reserve your tastings allocations, but after 30 minutes we cannot guarantee this. For mobile events, such as walks and coach trips, unfortuately you may not be able to join us.  However, you may trying phoning 07919053064

HOW WILL I FIIND THE GROUP?

We provide clear instructions on the event invite, in addition to posting signs throughout the meeting location.

HOW DO I KNOW WHO ELSE IS ATTENDING?

Bon Vivants are able to view the directory of those who have opted-in and registed. 

DO I HAVE TO BUY A TICKET, OR CAN I JUST SHOW UP ON THE NIGHT?

Yes.  There are a limited number of tickets (seats/food/drinks) for each event. Occasionally this will not apply, but for an organised tasting this will always be the case.  Many of our events sell out very quickly, so our advice is always that if you like the look of it, book it!

HOW DO I BUY A TICKET?

Making your payment for an event is easy!

• Click Register, and choose your ticket option on the next screen.
• Click Next
• The site will direct you to your PayPal

PayPal now accepts credit card payments if you do not have a PayPal account

You do not need to bring confirmation to the event.  The Tastour host will have a guest list with your name on it.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our aim is to keep ticket prices as low as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:

More than 4 weeks away we will offer a refund, with an admin charge of £5

Within 2-4 weeks of the event we will offer a 50 % refund.

Within 2 weeks of the event, no refund will be offered.
